Fouad Sarkis F02974 One-Shoulder Pleated Fit-and-Flare Evening Gown
Fouad Sarkis F02974 is a one-shoulder gown that holds close through the body before opening out below the hip. The neckline runs straight across the bust, bare on one side and covered on the other, and the bodice is ruched into fine diagonal folds that continue past the natural waist to a pointed asymmetric seam at the low hip. From that seam the finely pleated skirt flares full to the floor and sweeps out behind into a train. A large soft draped knot sits on the covered shoulder and releases a long streamer that falls the full length of the gown, and a high slit opens on the opposite side to the upper thigh.

For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
